Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to recurring Introverts Retreat subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and authorize Introverts Retreat to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis as described below.

Recurring Subscriptions

Introverts Retreat subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled.

When you begin a subscription, you agree to the recurring subscription price and any applicable shipping charges shown to you at checkout. Your payment method will be charged for your initial order when you subscribe.

Your first box will ship within approximately one week of your initial order.

After your first box, your subscription will renew on the 15th of each month, and that box will ship during the first week of the following month.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize Introverts Retreat to automatically charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel your subscription.

Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting Introverts Retreat by email.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already been created and charged as part of a subscription renewal.

If your subscription has already renewed and you would like that order canceled, contact us before the order ships. We will cancel and refund the unshipped renewal order.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Changes to Your Subscription

You are responsible for keeping your shipping address, payment information, and other subscription information current. Changes should be made before your next renewal to ensure they apply to the upcoming order.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to process the payment again or contact you to update your payment information. Your box may be delayed or not shipped until payment has been successfully completed.

Gift Packs

Introverts Retreat Gift Packs do not automatically renew.

Gift Packs include the number of boxes selected at the time of purchase. The purchaser is charged for the Gift Pack as shown at checkout, and no additional boxes will be charged or sent after the purchased Gift Pack has been fulfilled unless another purchase is made.

A recurring subscription purchased for another person is not a Gift Pack. If you purchase one of our regular recurring subscriptions and have the boxes sent to someone else, that subscription will continue to renew automatically until it is canceled.

Subscription Changes

We may occasionally make changes to our subscription offerings, products, shipping schedules, or these Subscription Terms. If a change materially affects an existing recurring subscription, we will provide notice when required before the change takes effect.
