When you subscribe, your first box ships based on the date you sign up.

If you subscribe on or before the 15th, your first box ships the first week of the next month.

If you subscribe after the 15th, your first box ships the first week of the following month.

After that, your subscription renews on the 15th of each month for the next box that ships the first week of the following month.

Subscriptions continue until you cancel. Prepaid plans (3-, 6-, or 12-month) renew automatically when the term ends.

Don’t worry—I’ll email you before your renewal date so you can choose whether to renew or cancel.

You’ll be able to choose your book after you subscribe (or after your gift is claimed). Each month, I’ll send an email when it’s time to make your next selection. If you don’t choose by the deadline, I’ll pick a book for you—always one that fits the Introverts Retreat vibe.

Before I ship your box I'll send you an email with tracking information.

Gift subscriptions don't renew and cancel automatically after the final box is shipped. If you're a gift recipient and you'd like to continue - just let me know and I'll help you get started.

Yes, you can – I want you to be happy – but you'll need to act fast. Once I ship your box, it will be too late to give you a refund for that box. I'll send you pre-renewal notifications so there are no surprises as to when your next box will ship, so be sure to request a cancelation before you next renewal or ship date.

Yes, I’ll send you emails reminding you of when your subscription is set to renew and also when your box is ready to be shipped out.

I ship our monthly books and retreat kits all around the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, and military bases, and Canada. Please note Canadian shipping fees do not include VAT tax.

Absolutely. Go to the subscription and gifting page and select a 1-, 3-, 6-, or 12-month subscription. Add your recipient’s contact information and a gift message, then choose the date you’d like the email notification to be sent.

Keep in mind—the email and the box don’t go out at the same time. Gift boxes ship during the first week of each month, based on when your recipient sets up their account. Once they do, they can customize their box, choose their book, and become the happiest introvert ever.

I include sweet, artisan snacks in my monthly book + retreat boxes. I love to send chocolate, but only from October through May. The rest of year's treats may not be as chocolaty - but still are delicious. I can accommodate dietary concerns and allergies as well - please email me at hello@introvertsretreatbox.com and let me know.

Because my boxes contain consumable items, I cannot accept returns. However, I'll be happy to replace a book that you don’t like – that’s my Best Book Promise – and I’ll also replace any damaged items. If there's anything you don't like in the box, consider using it as a gift for someone you like (or don’t!).
